“We like that one-on-one customer interaction,” Jim explained. “We’re not your typical gun store where you walk in and everything’s behind the glass case. Opening in 2020, Sawmill Arms started as a hobby for Jim but quickly grew into a full-fledged business. For him, shooting is more than a pastime — it’s a passion. “I’ve always loved shooting. It’s about getting more proficient and practicing and seeing if you can get just a little bit better each time. See that improvement,” he shared.
