“I discovered my love for hospitality 20 years ago here in Custer.” says Leah. “My journey led me to managing several hotel properties throughout the Black Hills. Now I get the opportunity to do what I’m passionate about and to give back to the community that I grew up in.”
Leah and her team’s most recent project let her passion for detail and creativity shine. “From concept direction to design, then strategy and operations, no rock was left unturned when creating and refining our property at Buffalo Ridge,” she says. “I have been blessed to play a hands-on role in creating this newest addition to our resort.”
Custer Hospitality’s six properties wouldn’t be the beautiful and unique experiences they are today without an incredible group of people behind it. Leah explains, “We’re blessed with an ownership group that truly values every employee. Because of that, the team is passionate about providing top notch service to every guest while lifting each other up.”
