“It was definitely my aha moment — this is what I wanted to do,” Frankie Stone, Owner and Manager of Audra’s Bridal Gallery, shares. Frankie is excited for the future of her bridal gallery, located in downtown Rapid City. Frankie became owner of the award-winning Audra’s in 2021 after working there for nearly a decade.
Frankie credits much of Audra’s reputation as the Black Hills’ preferred wedding wear destination to two things. “What I was taught when I first started is that the customer is absolutely number one,” she explains. “When a customer comes in, if they’re not finding what they like, we exhaust all realms of our resources before we say no. We hate saying no.”
The other thing Frankie credits to Audra’s success is her team. “I have a great staff who are reliable and they are just amazing to work with. We all vibe really well. We’re a very close family,” Frankie says.
And this combination of customer service and a caring environment has produced a loyal following for Audra’s. “We have customers who continue to come back to us,” Frankie says.
