At Rapid Spa, a hot tub, a sauna or a swim spa is more than just a product. When a customer comes in and purchases one of these items, what they’re really getting is, “personal wellness, relaxation and time with friends and family,” says Ben Johnson, owner at Rapid Spa. Ben and his wife, Kelly, became owners of Rapid Spa in 2020.
Service is at the heart of Rapid Spa. “That’s what sets us apart,” explains Ben. And his whole team is on board with the idea of rolling out the red carpet for their customers. From the show room to service after the sale, Rapid Spa is offering the Black Hills an elevated customer experience.
Ben and his team want their customers to enjoy the relaxation of their hot tub or swim spa — and not to feel the headache of maintenance and repairs. “We want you to use your spa twice a day. We want you to use your sauna every day,” he says. “To be able to do that, you need to know how to take care of your spa. We help our customers do that. If you don’t have the time, we offer services to take care of your spa for you.”
Rapid Spa’s clients almost always become clients for life. Ben gives credit to that customer loyalty to his team. “I told the team the other day that what I love about our company is that everybody cares,” he says. “When a customer has an issue, everybody just wants to genuinely help them.”
